Refund Policy

1. New subscriptions
New subscriptions are refundable within 14 days of purchase, provided no prediction tokens or accumulator tokens have been spent.
2. Renewals
Renewals are non-refundable. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
3. Tokens
Individual token purchases and spent tokens are non-refundable.
4. How to request a refund
Email kontakt@acesights.com with your account email and order details. We respond within 5 business days.
